Youth Boxing

Youth Boxing is held every Tuesday and Wednesday from 5:00–6:00pm for boys aged 11 and up.

Dads are encouraged to get involved too, with some already training alongside their sons.

Men’s Boxing

Men’s boxing is in the early hours of the morning on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5-6AM.

Women’s Boxing

Women’s boxing is for all ages and is held on Fridays at 5pm.

Our boxing ministry is provided free of charge, aiming to strengthen mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.
