What We Believe

We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is our final authority for what we believe and how we live.
We believe there is one true and living God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is holy, loving, just, and sovereign over all things.
We believe that Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, and rose again bodily. Through Him alone, we can be forgiven and restored to God.

We believe the Holy Spirit convicts people of sin, brings new life, and dwells within believers. He empowers Christians to grow in holiness and to live for God. we live.
We believe all people are created in God’s image but are fallen and sinful by nature. Because of sin, we are separated from God and unable to save ourselves.
We believe salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. It is a gift from God, not earned by works. Those who trust in Jesus are forgiven, declared righteous, and given eternal life.

We believe the church is the body of Christ, made up of all true believers. The local church exists to worship God, preach the gospel, make disciples, and serve others.
We believe baptism is for believers, by immersion, as a public declaration of faith in Jesus Christ.
We believe the Lord’s Supper is a remembrance of Christ’s sacrifice and a time of spiritual reflection and unity for believers.
We believe Christians are called to live lives of holiness, love, and obedience to God, by loving others, standing for truth, and reflecting Christ in all we do.

We believe Jesus Christ will return personally and visibly. There will be a final judgment, and those who believe and trust in Christ will enjoy eternal life with God.
