24/7 Youth Work

24/7 Youth Work is the umbrella for all our youth initiatives, WBC Youth United, Waihi College Mentoring, Youth Boxing

WBC Youth United is on Wednesday night at 6.30pm during school terms.

Young Adults

Our Young Adults meet up on a Thursday night at 7pm, for food, fellowship, worship and Bible study led by Pastor Benhur. They are hosted by Chrissy at her home. Please contact the office for more information.

Connect-Up

This is a social group that meets at 10 am-12:30 pm every Thrusday in the hall with board games, table tennis and a shared lunch. Where people can connect through games, shared lunch and conversations.

Waihi Baptist Boxing

At Waihi Baptist we offer multiple boxing programs including Men’s, Women’s and Male Youth. Men’s boxing is on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5am. Women’s is weekly on a Friday at 5pm. Male Youth is on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 4:30pm. These are all held at the Church on 3 Gilmour Street.

Wednesday Event

Wednesday Event is a gathering of our seniors for activities, fellowship and lunch. Previously, we have guest speakers and entertainment groups that have came to perform to us. A two-course meal is included.
Meetings are 10 am-1 pm during the school term at the church and is $5 donation per person.
